Advanced Diploma in Project Management

This Advanced Diploma programme was designed specifically for project managers, team members and senior managers who in addition to obtaining an Advanced Diploma in Project Management may also intend to take the Project Management Institute's PMP® examination. The course focuses on the five traditional projects management processes groups of Initiation, Planning, Execution, Control and Close-out, as well the new concepts of system for value delivery, principles, project performance domains and models, methods, artifacts, together with the increasingly popular Agile project delivery concept and techniques.
